FALL FEST 2014 SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5
Attention all EPMS families, you are all invited to attend FALL FEST 2014 on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5th from 1-4 pm.
This is a wonderful time to meet our new families and reunite with all the wonderful existing families in our EPMS community. Enjoy an afternoon filled with games, crafts, food and great company. In addition, it’s also good time to purchase your EPMS merchandise. Remember that school shirts are required during off campus functions. Please also consider purchasing a re-usable EPMS bag or bringing one from home for all your child’s prizes and treats. All other purchases at Fall Fest will require a ticket for food, beverages, games, face painting, arts and crafts etc.
Attached you will find the discounted order form for PRE-SALE tickets. Please return to office no later than Wednesday, October 1st for processing. Tickets will be available for pick up on day of event at Will Call. Lastly, as mentioned at Orientation, we will need lots of volunteers to make the event successful for our children and school. Shifts are broken up in about 1.5 hour time blocks so that you can also enjoy the festivities as well. You can find many options to choose from, as in setting-up, manning a booth, donating treats to the famous cake walk, assisting with food and beverage services, and clean up.
