We hope that this email finds you well. Please note there is IMPORTANT information for Welcome Back Orientation in this email.
TRANSPARENT CLASSROOM– You should have received an email inviting you to TRANSPARENT CLASSROOM. This is the system through which you will register your child for the 2020-2021 school year. This initial email will allow us to know our communication with you is current. Next week you will receive instructions as to how to go into your account and update your registration information. All of our forms will be there for you next week. If you DID NOT receive an email from them, please do not worry, all families have not yet been uploaded.
ZOOM– Due to the nature of Back To School this year, all of our meetings will be held via zoom. PLEASE register for a FREE ZOOM account through this link. This will allow us to pre-assign you to your child’s teacher’s cohort for orientation night meetings. You will need to use the same email address you sign up for a ZOOM account with to register for the Welcome Back Orientation Meeting.
PARENT UNIVERSITY– The Classroom Teachers will be holding a Parent University which is different from Orientation, on Monday, August 17th. These “universities” will be an hour and a half long and will help you navigate the educational platforms your children will be using to access instruction during Distance Learning. THESE ARE ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR CHILD’S SUCCESS DURING THIS TIME. Please make plans to attend one of the two offered sessions for your child’s grade level. If you cannot make one of the two sessions offered, please contact Michelle directly at mhammons@eaglepeakmontessori.org

SUPPLY PICK UP/PICTURE DAY-We will have your child’s supplies ready for Pick Up at the school the week of August 17th. We are assigning your pick up day/time based on grade level and cohort teacher. You will be given the name of your child’s cohort teacher by Friday, August 14th. We will provide you with the schedule for supply pickup at that same time. We can let you know that 1st and 4th grade pickup will be Tuesday, August 18; grades 2nd and 5th will be Wednesday afternoon, August 19; grades 3rd and 6th grade will be Thursday afternoon, August 20.
Picture Day: (optional) Lifetouch has also instituted new disinfecting and safety protocols (see link)and will be available on campus during the supply pick up for your child to have their school picture taken. There will be mandatory 6 foot distancing and mask need to be worn at all times other than the moment of the picture being taken.

SALÓN DE CLASES TRANSPARENTE : debería haber recibido un correo electrónico que lo invitaba al SALÓN DE CLASES TRANSPARENTE. Si NO recibió un correo electrónico de ellos, no se preocupe, aún no se han cargado todas las familias.
ZOOM – Debido a la naturaleza del regreso a clases este año, todas nuestras reuniones se llevarán a cabo mediante zoom. POR FAVOR regístrese para obtener una cuenta ZOOM GRATIS a través de este enlace . Esto nos permitirá preasignarlo a la cohorte del maestro de su hijo para las reuniones nocturnas de orientación. Deberá utilizar la misma dirección de correo electrónico con la que se registró para obtener una cuenta ZOOM para registrarse en la Reunión de orientación de bienvenida.
UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS PADRES – Los maestros de aula llevará a cabo una Universidad para Padres que es diferente de la orientación, el lunes 17 de de agosto de XX . Estas “universidades” durarán una hora y media y lo ayudarán a navegar por las plataformas educativas que sus hijos usarán para acceder a la instrucción durante el aprendizaje a distancia. ESTOS SON ESENCIALES PARA EL ÉXITO DE SU HIJO DURANTE ESTE TIEMPO. Haga planes para asistir a una de las dos sesiones ofrecidas para el nivel de grado de su hijo. SUMINISTRO DE RECOGIDA / IMAGEN DEL DÍA – Tendremos suministros de su hijo listo para recoger en la escuela la semana de agosto 17 de ju . Estamos asignando su día / hora de recogida según el nivel de grado y el maestro de grupo. Se le dará el nombre de la maestra cohorte de su hijo para el viernes, 14 de agosto de XX . Le proporcionaremos el horario para la recolección de suministros al mismo tiempo. Podemos hacerle saber que 1 st y cuarto recogida de grado será el martes de agosto de 18; grados 2 nd y 5 º será el miércoles por la tarde, el 19 de agosto; los grados 3º y 6º serán el jueves 20 de agosto por la tarde.
Día de la fotografía: (opcional) Lifetouch también ha instituido nuevos protocolos de desinfección y seguridad (ver enlace ) y estará disponible en el campus durante la recogida de suministros para que su hijo se tome una fotografía escolar . Habrá una distancia obligatoria de 6 pies y se debe usar una máscara en todo momento que no sea el momento en que se toma la fotografía.

Email ban đầu này sẽ cho phép chúng tôi biết thông tin liên lạc của chúng tôi với bạn là hiện tại. Tuần sau, bạn sẽ nhận được hướng dẫn về cách truy cập tài khoản và cập nhật thông tin đăng ký của bạn. Tất cả các biểu mẫu của chúng tôi sẽ có cho bạn vào tuần tới. Nếu bạn KHÔNG nhận được email từ họ, xin đừng lo lắng, tất cả các gia đình vẫn chưa được tải lên.
ZOOM – Do tính chất của Back To School năm nay, tất cả các cuộc họp của chúng tôi sẽ được tổ chức thông qua zoom. VUI LÒNG đăng ký một tài khoản ZOOM MIỄN PHÍ thông qua liên kết này . PHỤ HUYNH ĐẠI HỌC – Các giáo viên trong lớp sẽ tổ chức một chuyên Đại học khác với định hướng, trên Thứ 2 Tháng 8 17 ngày . Những “trường đại học” này sẽ dài một tiếng rưỡi và sẽ giúp bạn điều hướng các nền tảng giáo dục mà con bạn sẽ sử dụng để tiếp cận với sự hướng dẫn trong quá trình Đào tạo Từ xa. NHỮNG ĐIỀU CẦN THIẾT CHO SỰ THÀNH CÔNG CỦA CON BẠN TRONG THỜI GIAN NÀY. Vui lòng lập kế hoạch tham dự một trong hai buổi học được cung cấp cho cấp lớp của con bạn. CUNG PICK UP / HÌNH ẢNH NGÀY – Chúng tôi sẽ có nguồn cung cấp của con quý vị sẵn sàng cho Pick Up tại trường các tuần của ngày 17 tháng tám thứ . Chúng tôi sẽ ấn định ngày / giờ đưa đón của bạn dựa trên cấp lớp và giáo viên thuần tập. Bạn sẽ được cung cấp tên của giáo viên nghiên cứu thuần tập của con quý vị bằng thứ Sáu Tháng Tám 14 ngày . Chúng tôi sẽ cung cấp cho bạn lịch trình lấy hàng tại thời điểm đó. Chúng ta có thể cho bạn biết rằng 1 st và 4 đón lớp sẽ được hôm thứ Ba, tháng Tám 18; lớp 2 nd và 5 thứ sẽ chiều Thứ 4 Tháng 8 19; lớp 3 thứ và 6 thứ cấp sẽ là buổi chiều Thứ 5 Tháng 8 20.
Ngày chụp ảnh: (tùy chọn) Lifetouch cũng đã thiết lập các quy trình khử trùng và an toàn mới (xem liên kết ) và sẽ có mặt trong khuôn viên trường trong quá trình đón tiếp tế để con bạn chụp ảnh trường học . Sẽ bắt buộc phải có 6 bàn chân cách xa và phải đeo mặt nạ vào mọi thời điểm khác với thời điểm chụp ảnh.
